You have a locked gate entrance, and steps leading up to your apartment. You have everything you need outside the gate! The space The apartment has a cosy feel with a large heat pump to keep you warm on the winter nights. Freshly renovated and cosy package. Your space has a kitchen, complete with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the facilities a home would need. There is a separate lounge overlooking our beautiful Opera House. Bedroom and bathroom, and a downstairs laundry. Guest access The whole apartment is your own private space. Please note you do have an apartment next door with a shared gate access. The studio space is yours alone, with a little gate, walking into you piece of paradise. Guest access By arrangement, we can purchase food or arrange for platters and drink to be waiting for you, on arrival. We will try and go that extra mile, to make you stay enjoyable. Other things to note There are stairs to the apartment. Not suitable for anyone that is not able to negotiate stairs.
