Beautiful attic apartment newly built and well insulated in a great location with beautiful views of mountains and meadows. With large balcony to sit outside. On your doorstep is the Ostallgäu hiking trail as well as a trail. Great area for cycling. There is also a swimming lake with kiosk , a show cheese factory with brewery and a village shop in the village. There are also 2 banks. 10 km away is the Hausberg Alpspitze. There you can hike and ski with the family The space We have 3 rooms and a bathroom. One room has a double bed and the other room has 2 single beds. All rooms have a dresser , bedside table with lamp and windows facing south. The entrance leads directly to the living/ dining room where the fully equipped kitchen is located. Between the kitchen and bedroom, a small hallway leads to the bathroom. There is a spacious shower, a wall toilet and a sink. There are insect screens on all the windows. Guest access Access is via an external staircase up to the apartment. The apartment is completely at your disposal. Attention!! Do not use the access from the farm right at the beginning of the farm grounds. This is the neighbor. Please drive all the way to the right into the yard until the external stairs with the sign apartment can be seen. Other things to note The apartment is located on the upper floor and can only be reached via an external staircase. Emergency exit is in the bathroom. Escape route through the lower apartment. Attention!!! Please do not use the first external staircase at the beginning of the courtyard grounds. This is the neighbor. Please drive through the yard all the way to the right and use the apartment via the external stairs with the sign.
