Beautiful attic apartment newly built and well insulated in a great location with beautiful views of mountains and meadows. With a large balcony to sit outside. On your doorstep is the Ostallgäu hiking trail and a cross-country ski trail. Great area for cycling. There is also a swimming lake with kiosk, a show dairy with brewery and a village shop. There are also 2 banks. 10 km away is the local mountain Alpspitze. There you can hike and ski with the family The space We have 3 rooms and a bathroom. One room has a double bed and the other room has 2 single beds. All rooms have a dresser, bedside table with lamp and windows facing south. The entrance leads directly into the living/dining room where the fully equipped kitchen is also located. Between the kitchen and bedroom, a small hallway leads to the bathroom. There is a spacious shower, a wall toilet and a sink. There are insect screens on all the windows. Guest access Access is via an external staircase up to the apartment. The apartment is completely at your disposal. Attention!! Do not use the access from the farm right at the beginning of the farm premises. That's the neighbor. Please drive all the way to the back right into the courtyard until the outside staircase with the sign Ferienwohnung can be seen. Other things to note The apartment is on the upper floor and can only be reached via an external staircase. The emergency exit is in the bathroom. Escape route via the lower apartment. Attention!! Please do not use the first outside staircase at the beginning of the courtyard. That's the neighbor. Please drive through the courtyard to the very back right and use the outside staircase with the sign Ferienwohnung.
