Right on the edge of the forest, a CO2-neutral heated apartment. Very quiet with sunny terrace. Perfect starting point for bikers, hikers, cross-country skiers and ski tour walkers. Or just to enjoy the quiet and fresh mountain air. The space The apartment has an open area with kitchen, dining area and living room corner, as well as a desk in case you have to work during the holidays (high speed internet can be used free of charge). Two additional guests can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (surcharge). The bedroom and bathroom are both accessible from the apartment's entrance area. The cross-country ski trail to Val Roseg and the cross-country ski trail network of the Upper Engadine starts right in front of the house. Lake Stazersee can be reached by bike in 15 minutes and hiking trails as well as bike trails start behind the house. The property has a bike room/ski room. On request, the sauna in the house can be shared (10.00 per use). The deer and deer come to the garden in winter, which invites you to grill and linger in the summer. We ask dog owners to bring their own sofa cover or not to let the dog on the sofa. The dog is also not allowed on the bed in the bedroom. The price for the pet is per animal. For multiple dogs, a surcharge per additional dog is due on site. The apartment does not have a TV but very fast Internet, so you can watch TV via the websites of the TV stations or other channels. Guest access The property is located at the end of a road right on the edge of the forest. The parking spot is in front of the house.
