Villa for hiking and biking 2.5 km from the sea

A lovely courtyard with small mandarin and lemon trees stands between the gate and the main entrance to our small refuge. Inside, a large open-plan living room welcomes all guests. The entire floor of the accommodation is covered in Parquet, an element that makes the stay much more welcoming and pleasant, but that requires, from the guest, small extra actions of respect compared to the traditional tiled floor. Hospitality and kindness are at home with us. The space Cozy newly built house, just a 5-minute drive from the historic center of Albenga. Located in a quiet residential area of small villas, our accommodation is ideal for those who want a relaxing and sporty vacation, exploring the beauty of the area and enjoying unique experiences: - Nature excursions on scenic trails overlooking the sea. - Mountain bike tour to explore the area by pedaling. - Road cycling to cross the magnificent villages of our hinterland. - Diving and snorkeling to admire the marine species around Gallinara Island. The house consists of: - A large open-plan living room with a fantastic hanging chair for relaxing moments. - A breakfast room equipped with a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. - Two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, located next door. The price includes breakfast, towels and bed linen, as well as the possibility of using our bike room for bicycles. Additional services available on request and for a fee include a covered motorcycle garage. Guest access Guests will find free street parking, directly adjacent to the property. During your stay I like to personally welcome my guests, get to know them, and spend time with them. I think it's a wonderful opportunity to convey my love for my region, giving them the chance to explore the wonders of Liguria from the perspective of those who live there every day. Other things to note Aware of the atypical choice, we have decided not to equip the rooms with TV because we would like our guests to spend their moments of relaxation exploring the beauties that our territory offers, appreciating the simplicity of small things and forgetting, for a moment, the hectic rhythms of daily life. To ensure the good rest and safety of our guests, we have entered the curfew time. Therefore, it will not be possible to access the property from 02:00 to 08:00. Inside the property, we kindly ask you not to smoke in order to keep the air clean, and to wear flaps/slippers to take care of the parquet on the floor.
