Guesthouse in Crowsnest Pass

Spacious rustic studio-loft guest house in Coleman, Crowsnest Pass, with a view of Crowsnest Mountain! Rest up in the king size bed (firm mattress) or relax to a Netflix movie on the sofa after a day of adventuring! There is a twin sized cot (surprisingly comfortable!) if two beds are required. We offer driveway parking and a private entrance. The guesthouse is a separate building and shares only a portion of the deck with the main house on the property. Now pet friendly! License #: 0001778 The space This is a freshly painted loft guesthouse with a clean, white finish. Cozy lounge area with pillows, blankets and couch. Enjoy the best mountain views on the property from the deck immediately outside of your door. Guest access Guest access to driveway, personal deck area, and private guest house. Guests can also use the gazebo and remainder of the deck. Please note, our dog has access to this area and she is dog reactive. This area is otherwise gated off. Other things to note HYGIENE: We care about cleanliness. We use a washable duvet covers in lieu of a comforters. The fluffy blanket on the bed also gets washed every time. KITCHEN AMENITIES: portable hotplate/stovetop, microwave, fridge with small freezer, toaster convection oven, coffee maker with filters, kettle, toaster KITCHEN ESSENTIALS: Water is safe to drink. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, cinnamon, cooking oil (in fridge), hot sauce (in fridge) Pots, pans, mugs, flatware, silverware glasses, wine glasses Bottle and wine opener, cutting boards, wooden spoons, etc. Small blender (magic bullet). NOISE: We are located near the train tracks and can hear the occasional train at night. TV: Netflix is available to our guests. Please note, we do not have cable. BED: The bed is homemade. Mattress is firm. PETS: pets are allowed. You must select this option when booking as there is a mandatory pet fee. Our dog is unpredictable around other dogs, so for your safety, please keep your pets away from our dog. There is a gate that separates the entrance up to the Airbnb suite to keep the dogs separate. Please clean up after your dog. The yard is fenced however there are a few gaps our dog was able to squeeze through as a puppy. Use at your own risk. Please leave couch covers on at all times when staying with a pet. *DISCLAIMER : On hot days, the suite gets very hot without the AC on. Do not leave your dog unattended in the suite on hot days, in case of malfunctioning of the the AC (this hasn't happened before). You are welcome to leave the AC unit on for your dog while away in more moderate weather.* We have a bunny in the main home on the property, and we occasionally put her in an outdoor pen in the summertime. SAFETY & SECURITY: We want you to feel safe and at ease. We have outdoor security cameras (please see section in Airbnb ad). We are happy to point them out, however they are very obvious. There is a smart temperature sensor on top of the kitchen cabinet to alert us of any major temperature swings (in case the heating system gives out).
