The house is rented by week or month, with discount for longer term The space Pleasant and simple decoration, in a calm and quiet area. In addition to being close to large stores, parks, sports facilities and main avenues. We have a mini-split (air conditioning) in the two main rooms, the other two have fans. In the back of the property, there is an independent apartment that I live in with my wife. Guest access The house has its own parking lot and outside there is one more area where cars can be parked. The subdivision is small and conveniently located, so you can walk anywhere through its quiet streets.
