If you are in need of a quiet escape, this setting is for you. This little place has been a summer cottage for years. It has recently been renovated with a new kitchen, living room and bathroom to make it extra cosy. The view from the front deck looks out to ‘Digby Gut’ which is the entrance to the Bay of Fundy. This is an ever changing view and a delight to experience. The 2 bedrooms each have very comfortable new queen mattresses to sink into after a long day of exploring The Annapolis Valley. The space This property is yours for the time that you stay at the house. It is located on the shores of the Annapolis Basin and has its own rocky/sandy Beach. The house is 2 storey with 1 bedroom on the main floor and 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is a new full bathroom on the main floor with a walk in shower and a soaker tub. There is also a small bathroom with a toilet and sink on the main floor. The new kitchen and living room are open concept and look out to the water. Sit on the deck and enjoy the sound of the waves and the view of the quiet Annapolis Basin or walk down through a short path and enjoy a long walk on the beach. Bird watch in the morning and star gaze at night... truly a tranquil setting! On the back covered deck there is a BBQ and don’t forget to bring your kayak or canoe and put in right below the house for a paddle on Annapolis Basin. Please note: The house DOES NOT have wifi. However, there is excellent cell reception on this property. Guest access This small parcel of land on the water is yours to enjoy while staying at the property. Other things to note This house is very special to us and we appreciate you not bringing ANY PETS to the house. Also, there is a strict NO SMOKING/VAPING policy. Thank you!
