From June 1 to September 30, you will have access to a swimming pool shared with the owners, a discreet couple who make sure to use it mainly in the absence of tenants, in order to preserve your peace of mind. The pool is not overlooked from the owners' house and is equipped with sun loungers for your moments of reading or rest. Parking is easy thanks to a private courtyard with independent entrance that can accommodate several vehicles. The house enjoys a privileged location: quiet, while being close to amenities within walking distance (market on Tuesdays and Saturdays morning, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, doctors...). Located just 10 minutes from Orange (A7 and A9 highways, train and bus station), Caderousse is an ideal base for exploring the region: Avignon, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Pont du Gard, the Ardèche, the Camargue, the Luberon, Mont Ventoux, the Drôme Provençale or the Alpilles.
