A bedroom with an attached bathroom will be found along with a washer and dryer when a quick towel swap is needed in between trips to the beach. The main level boasts stunning lake views from the main living room and private balcony. The house features a well equipped, fully stocked kitchen as well as a bbq to fire up while enjoying the sunsets. Unwind in the cozy living room after a day in the sun with a friendly round of board games or a family movie night. The second bedroom has a queen bed and communal bathroom shared with the living space. Continue to the third floor to find a quiet work space off the landing and, if additional sleeping space is needed, utilize the double sized futon. The primary bedroom is also located on the third floor with a queen sized bed, attached five piece bath and stunning lake views. This centrally located home doesn’t stop with the indoor space. Outside offers a private swimming hole as well as a grassy space to sun bathe or bring yard games. A private mooring buoy is right out front for those that choose to bring their own watercraft (must swim out to access). If any outings are desired then Slidewaters is a short drive (or walk) away along with parasailing and a variety of boat and jet ski rentals. This Lake Chelan rental will be the ideal home base to create memories that will last a lifetime. Guest access Guests have access to the home and communal yard. The garage space as well as a few closets are locked for homeowner storage. Other things to note Day guests are not allowed without permission beyond the requested guest count. Guests must be 30+ to book. 3 vehicles permitted unless otherwise arranged. Parking is monitored and vehicles must remain in the proper parking spaces. Garage not available. Moorage buoy only (likely 25 foot max). Must swim to access. No dock access. Highway construction summer and fall of 2025. Security cameras present at front entrance and off the back deck towards lake. Children of any age must be included in guest count (including infants).
