We are in the heart of the southern zone of Rio de Janeiro. Next to the beaches of Ipanema and Leblon. The building has two entrances, the front facing the beach and the back facing a very quiet street with all the necessary shops (shops, markets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, laundries, bakeries). 24 hour security. The space The apartment features two bedrooms, one double with built-in closets and air-conditioning, with connecting doors between the bedrooms. The second bedroom has two single beds, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, both very well ventilated. Excellent air circulation in the apartment. Beach breeze. TV room has a sofa composed of two mattresses that can be used for a fifth person eventually, cable TV, internet with ample speed for work. Workstation for laptop, plus a dining room with ample access to books for consultation and reading. Equipped kitchen with refrigerator, minibar, stove, washing machine, full bathroom and an extra small bathroom for support with toilet and shower (service area).
