Hensworth House

Hensworth House is a cosy self contained bed and breakfast with a cottage feel in the heart of Stirling, the gateway to the beautiful Adelaide HIlls. A short stroll into Stirling village offers cafes, and specialty shops. And so many wonderful Adelaide Hills attractions are just a short drive away including such treats as Berenberg Strawberry Farm, Hahndorf, Cleland Park, Mount Lofty Botanical Gardens, restaurants and wineries galore. The space The living area which has lovely natural lighting and a view onto the private garden and deck includes a lounge area, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen includes a 60cm induction cooktop, 60cm oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nescafe coffee machine and pantry basics. We supply Breakfast for your first morning including fresh eggs from the resident chickens "The Hensworths" The dining room seats 4 and the lounge area has a 2 seater and single chair a Television with Apple TV and WiFi as well as books and games. The whole area flows nicely with a relaxed and stylish feel and leads to a generous deck through french doors where the sitting area overlooks the garden. The Bedroom is very cosy and has a queen size bed. The bedroom leads into the walk in robe which houses the washing machine and then through to the bright bathroom with a roomy shower. Guest access Guests have a designated carport parking space located directly in front of the private cottage garden. Through the little gate and follow the path to the sliding door. The access is paved and well lit at night with automatic garden lighting. Other things to note The area around the property is quite a hub! Situated next to the Stirling tennis court which is well used. The train line is very close with the train running quite regularly-most people don't mind!
