Very attractive, clean, modern, and, cozy building, totally private. Located in the best area of Westside Los Angeles, near shopping, restaurants, beaches, UCLA, Century City and Hollywood. There are a dozen good restaurants, each unique in the food they serve, very reasonable prices, within 1 minute walking distance, in the immediate neighborhood. You will not run out of choices for what you want to eat. This is a mixed use building, it has a feel to it, like the ones back east, or in Europe. You are totally private inside, yet, you walk out of the building and you are basically on Westwood Blvd., with all it has to offer, from restaurants, grocery stores, and shops to boutiques and entertainment. All in the immediate surrounding. The unit has hardwood style flooring, and is furnished with new furniture, flat screen HDTV, free WIFI, full size bed (can sleep 2 comfortably), with all new and clean bedding, clean sheets, pillows with cover, and blanket, night stands. Kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, stove, pots and pans and utensils. Everything you need to cook a good meal. All utilities included. The building is on Westwood Blvd., one small block north of Santa Monica Blvd. Minutes to UCLA, Century City, Down Town LA, beaches and freeways. 3 min bus ride to UCLA. UCLA shuttle bus stops in front of the building, or walk 15 min to UCLA. Neighborhood is very safe, very centralized, near all. Public transportation within 1 min walk, will get you anywhere in town in no time. Basic essentials (shampoo, paper towels, toilet papers, etc.) are supplied for the first week of your stay. You must replenish them if you are staying for a longer time period. Additional cleaning can be provided for a fee. Ask about prices and details please. Non emergency repair requests during off hours will be attended to on the 1st business day, thereafter. No PETS/SMOKING/PARTIES PLEASE. Guest access Guest access is via keypad entry. Walk down the alleyway between Chevron and Field of Dreams, there will be a white iron gate, then another door to enter the apartment. CODES WILL BE SENT TO YOU IN CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS.
