Lake Somerville Treehouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Escape to nature surrounded by trees. Enjoy Lake Somerville with neighborhood boat ramp 1/2 mile away! We also have a 3 acre pond on property to enjoy catch and release fishing and swimming (life vest recommended!). Smokeless firepit for hours of story telling, marshmallow roasting, and relaxing. Come enjoy all Somerville has to offer! The space This single wide is on 30 acres with so many activities! From all the lake has to offer, plus the pond! There are frisbee golf around the property (bring your own discs). We also have hammocks available to put up in the trees and relax. There is firewood available between the Guesthouse (yellow) and Treehouse. Some skewers have been left for guest use. The swing set and Gaga ball also available for your enjoyment! If you want to BBQ while here, there is a small charcoal grill on the back porch. Kurig coffee pot (recommend bottled water) available with some pods to get you started. Don't forget your bug spray... it is the country! Guest access A map will be sent of the property. Follow the "Treehouse" signs to your retreat for the weekend. There are several shared spaces, including the 3 acre pond. Talk a walk around the trails. But, if you are allergic to bees, please note the area of the hives. Other things to note Pet fee of $150. Please confirm when booking. No parties or smoking! Additional fee of $250 for smoke. Reservation will be cancelled immediately for parties and Additional fees will apply for cleaning and no-refund for additional days.
