I offer a room in our house near the center of Saint-Denis, a 13-minute walk from metro line 13 and a 5-minute walk from a bus line leading directly to the Stade de France or Porte de Paris (when the Stade is inaccessible to buses). Lively but quiet and safe neighborhood. I will be present with my 5-year-old daughter and our animals. The space This is our residential home. It was completely renovated 4 years ago. There is a small courtyard and a small veranda. The house has an alarm. The available room is in the basement with a window, cool in summer and temperate in winter. Please do not smoke inside. Other things to note Sheets are provided but not bath towels, I can provide them for an extra fee.
