Ranch in Hopland

Located on a 100 acre ranch, the Lake House is nestled on a private lake. You will be very happy you booked this special hideaway. The space Please see photos Guest access You will have access to the entire 100 acre ranch. The lake is surrounded by lawns, vineyards, and olive trees. The property has a half mile of frontage along Feliz Creek. You can walk, ride bikes, motorcycles or drive down along the vineyard to access that side of the ranch from the Lake House. There are several gates along the half mile or so of fence along the creek for access to the creek. Other things to note I am pet friendly and charge a $100.00 pet fee. There is not an option for me to vary this fee based on the size or breed of your dog. If you have a medium-large long haired dog please note that there will be an additional $100.00 cleaning fee in addition to the $100.00 standard fee. The time it takes to clean the house when you have a long haired dog is extensive. Thank you for your understanding.
