Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house with the exception of an owners closet adjacent to the front door and a closet in the garage. Other things to note We’ve stocked the home with many beach essentials — beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella — ready for your day in the sun! An initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, and other basics is provided. These are starter items, not unlimited, but several grocery stores are nearby for anything you may need. We do not offer cable TV, but there are 5 smart TVs for you to log in with your own streaming subscriptions. For everyone’s safety, there is a security camera facing the driveway and front entrance. It records video and audio. Tampering with or disabling cameras will result in termination of your stay without refund. The private pool is heated to 86°F, but please note it may feel cooler during unseasonably cold weather — this is beyond our control. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and are strictly enforced by Bradenton Police. I’m local and happy to help with questions or recommendations anytime!
