Relax in a cosy & peaceful loft space in this beautiful Edwardian home. Fronting on to the leafy conservation area of Roath Mill Gardens yet only 20 mins walk from Cardiff city centre. Comfortable, modestly-sized bedroom with king-sized bed & exclusive use of the adjacent bathroom. Mini-fridge, kettle & tea/coffee facilities. Unlimited WiFi. On-road, FREE parking for 1 car. Use of garden. Close to local shops, cafes and restaurants. Ideal if you are visiting for business or pleasure. The space The warm and inviting guest area forms a complete unit. The small but perfectly-formed bedroom has a lockable door; a comfortable, king-sized bed with freshly-laundered cotton bedding; and plenty of space for hanging clothes and other items in the built-in wardrobe/cupboard units. The Velux windows allow plenty of natural light in, but are fitted with blackout blinds for a good night's sleep. A private shower room with a loo, handbasin, fresh towels and essential toiletries is directly opposite the guest bedroom. Guest access The attic space is accessed from the front door of the property from which guests can go directly upstairs to the bedroom and adjacent shower-room. Other things to note Guests need to be aware that I have a very friendly Great Dane - Morgan - who will be happy to welcome you but then leave you alone! Tea & coffee are provided in your room, although I don’t offer breakfast. Please let me know in advance if you prefer dairy or oat milk. Please do not take food into the bedroom. Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the house or garden, thanks! The space is not suitable for very young children.
