Not a large vacation park, but a quiet place where personal attention, space and nature are central. Ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the outdoors, without compromising on comfort. From the safari tent, you can look out over the surrounding countryside. Here you will experience the outdoors at its best. The space Imagine waking up to the soft sound of birds, the rustling of the wind through the grass and the view over vast farmlands. In our safari tent, you will experience the real outdoors, without compromising on comfort. The tent feels like a cozy lodge. Two fine bedrooms invite you to a wonderful night's sleep: a luxurious double box spring and a playful bunk bed. The day begins relaxed in your own bathroom with hot shower, toilet and sink — just with hot and cold running water, like at home. The kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge with freezer compartment, a Senseo for a fresh cup of coffee, a kettle, an electric hob and everything you need to cook well. Outside, the covered porch awaits. Here you can look out over the farmland, while the sun slowly sets and the sky turns gold. On cooler evenings, you can crawl under a warm blanket, with a sheepskin on the chair and the gas stove burning softly — a place where peace and coziness come together. Animals walk around the campsite, which creates a rural, warm atmosphere and a smile on every face. What is there to do in the area: 5 kilometers from the campsite is the Kuinderbos, an extensive nature reserve of 1100 hectares that is worth visiting in every season. In autumn, the forest is extra beautiful because of the many mushrooms. With a bit of luck, you'll spot special animals and butterflies. For dogs, there is a special "wet nose route," which runs along a playground and a small swimming beach. Lemmer Beach A wonderful getaway for children! At Lemmer Beach, they can play in the sand, build sand castles, swim and even surf with some wind. The beach is uncluttered and perfect for a relaxing day by the water. Pantropica At Pantropica, children go on an adventure in a tropical world. They discover winding paths along water, bridges and rocks, and along the way they get to know butterflies, birds, monkeys and turtles. A playful journey of discovery full of nature and wonder, ideal for curious kids. Woudagemaal The Ir. D.F. Woudagemaal is not only impressive for adults, but also fun and educational for children. They see huge machines in operation here and discover how the Netherlands has been dealing with water for more than 100 years. A tough and educational getaway!
