You’ll find favorites like Publix and local markets nearby for all your essentials, and several excellent restaurants and beachside cafés within a short drive. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family home combines privacy with ample space to unwind, providing a non-smoking, pet-friendly environment for an allergy-conscious stay. Set in a tropical neighborhood, Casa Hermosa is a bright, airy space with all the comforts of a coastal home. Our master bedroom features a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress for restful sleep. The attached bathroom is equipped with plush towels, all sanitized to the highest standards. Step out from the master suite onto a private patio where you’ll find our cozy hammock. With cozy seating, string lighting, it’s the ideal spot to soak up the Florida sunshine or relax under the stars. The Space Layout Casa Hermosa's split-level layout offers three comfortable bedrooms. The main suite has a private on-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms, include a trundle bed with two twin mattresses and a full-size bed. In the main living area, you’ll find a smart Roku TV that programmable to your favorite smart apps, making it easy to unwind with your favorite shows. The living room flows seamlessly to an open, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare tropical-inspired meals. Our kitchen is stocked with high-quality cooking tools, a coffee station, and a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. TECHNOLOGY: Just after we upgraded to the fastest internet available in the area, we had 6 working adult professionals stay for 2 weeks, all working online at the same time from our home. We are happy to say that our service passed their test! They were very happy and said our internet service was great. We have smart TVs in the bedrooms and living area. Feel free to bring your passwords to log into your preferred streaming services. PARKING: We have assigned parking for 1 car, but also bountiful street parking if you have additional vehicles. Homeowner is NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or it’s facilities. Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Please double check all of your belongings prior to departure. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to the property.
