Book now for an unforgettable stay The space The new Eco Solar House work as follows: 1- During the day, the Sun will recharge the Tesla Battery that you need to use at night. It is important to not use the AC during the day, to allow the battery to be 100% charged. 2- If you want to use the AC during the day, please ask the owner/host first and they will approve you if the battery if fully in charge. 3- For better functionality, the AC can't be ON between 5 pm -9:30 pm. Since it will use the battery-reserved energy, you could miss power at midnight. 4-In case the neighborhood or the island does not have Power from the Grid (LUMA), you CANNOT use the AC at any time, since you will be running only with the Tesla Battery and it could damage the equipment. Note: The proper use of this equipment will determine your experience with the power situation that we are suffering in the island. The Rooms: You will have access to the entire main house. The house is pretty big, comfortable, and clean. The house includes the beds displayed in the pictures, and suitable for 12 people. For an additional fee, we can also provide air mattresses to accommodate more guests, but please notify the host in advance since an extra charges could be apply. AC Unit Use: Please follow the house rules related to the solar panel use and the AC timing, for avoid blackout or damage to the Tesla Battery. A wall-mounted AC unit is provided in each bedroom, but not in the common areas such as the living room or kitchen. The common areas and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and floor fans for your comfort. Please open the windows and use the fans during the day.
