Private Guesthouse in heart of LA

Cozy, centrally-located, second story studio guesthouse. Guesthouse is situated behind a Spanish style bungalow house. Studio room includes bed, desk, bathroom, and full kitchen. The unit has a patio, outdoor dining area, and avocado tree just with the main house in front. The space The guesthouse is a studio apartment with a small kitchen, full bed and bathroom. The guesthouse shares patio access with the main house. Patio includes an area for lounging under a beautiful California avocado tree! Since the driveway is shared by both the guesthouse and main house, street parking is only available for our Airbnb guests. Located in a residential neighborhood, there is always plenty of open parking spots up and down the street (as with anywhere in LA, you just have to be mindful of street cleaning hours).
