A perfect starting point for numerous activities here in Upper Lusatia. Other things to note The property was newly built in 2022 from a long vacant building. 2 spacious apartments were created. Both apartments are bright and cozy and have been fully furnished with new furniture. They are connected via a shared staircase. ***Vacation house with 2 apartments *** The completely newly furnished apartments are bright and friendly. They have fully equipped kitchens, each with a dining area for 4 people, which can also be converted for 8 people on the ground floor if desired. In the living rooms there is a cozy living area and a TV. In each apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 separate beds (90 x 200), a large dresser and a TV. The bathrooms are spacious, with a walk-in shower, toilet and washing area. *** Bed linen, 1 set of towels/person and wipes are provided. *** Wi-Fi is free in both apartments. *** Baby cots and a high chair are provided. These can be requested and rented on site for a small fee. Please note that both are only available in limited numbers, so reservation is requested. *** No smoking in the apartments. For this, the terrace or balcony can be used. *** The company's own washing machine or dryer can be used for a fee. *** Parking spaces are available and free of charge. *** There is a bakery outlet right next door. Fresh rolls and other treats are available daily (except Tuesday and Sunday). Perfect for a good start to your day. *** The property is a perfect base for numerous activities here in Upper Lusatia. There is something for everyone here. Whether hiking or cycling (bike path goes directly in front of the house). The location is also perfect for trips with the children. For example, the dinosaur park and the maze in Kleinwelka or the reservoir in Bautzen with miniature golf, climbing park or beach are an excursion destination. But the cities of Bautzen and Löbau also invite you to visit.
