A perfect base for numerous activities here in Upper Lusatia. Other things to note The property was newly built in 2022 from a long vacant building. There were 2 spacious apartments. Both apartments are bright and cozy and have been fully equipped with new furniture. These are connected via a shared staircase. ***Holiday home with 2 apartments ** * The completely newly furnished apartments are bright and friendly. They have fully equipped kitchens, each a dining area for 4 people, which can also be retrofitted on the ground floor for 8 people on request. In the living rooms there is a cozy living area as well as a TV. In each apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 separate beds (90 x 200), a large chest of drawers and a TV. The bathrooms are spacious, with walk-in shower, WC and washing area. *** Linen, 1 set of towels/pers. and wipes are provided *** Wi-fi is free in both apartments. * ** Baby beds and a high chair for children are provided. These can be requested and rented on site for a small fee Please note that both are limited in the amount of both are provided, reservation is requested. *** No smoking in the apartments. Terrace or balcony can be used for this. *** The company's own washing machine or tumble dryer can be used for a fee. * ** Parking spaces are available and free of charge. *** Right next door is a bakery shop. There are fresh rolls and other treats every day (except Tuesday and Sunday). Perfect for a great start to your day. *** The property is a perfect starting point for numerous activities here in Upper Lusatia. There is something for everyone here. Whether hiking or taking a bike ride (bike path goes right in front of the house). The location is also perfect for excursions with the children. For example, the dinosaur park and the maze in Kleinwelka or the reservoir in Bautzen with mini golf, climbing park or swimming beach are an excursion destination. But also the cities of Bautzen and Löbau invite you to visit.
