The Luxe Stays is an aesthetically designed luxurious apartment located on the ground floor (Street Level) in the heart of Central Delhi. As you step into the apartment, you'll be greeted by an open and airy living area bathed in natural light. The spacious living room is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment, with high quality furnishings and tasteful decor ( subject to periodic changes ) The apartment is spacious and well-furnished, with a large living room, cozy dining space, and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your favourite meals. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a private attached bathroom. The back gate opens onto a spacious patio with an outdoor table and lounge chairs facing the serene public park, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a special evening, or a fun place to hang out with your friends! You have access to the public park to go for walks, runs, or some blissful time in nature! Guest access You’ll have the entire home and property all to yourself, so make yourself at home! Cozy up inside with board games, relax on the outdoor patio and in the spacious living room, and cook delicious meals in the kitchen. Other things to note If you want to go for wedding shopping, Chandni Chowk is 20-30 minutes away, Karol Bagh is 10 minutes away, Rajouri Garden is 20 minutes away, South Extension Market and Lajpat Nagar are 20-30 minutes away. Grocery stores, markets, and chemists are only 2 mins away and eateries are just down the block. Third party bookings are not allowed. Maximum guests allowed are as per your booking. For extra guests, we’ll provide a mattress, pillow, blanket & bedsheet. Early check-in is subject to availability. Late check-out isn’t possible due to prior bookings, but luggage drop-off/holding is available for your convenience. For Indian nationals photo ID with address proof is mandatory for all guests. Passport copy with valid visa is required for foreign nationals prior to check-in. Fixing or pasting any decor on walls or panels is not allowed. Any damaged, missing, or broken items (including linen) will be chargeable. Smoking, hookah, or chewing tobacco is not allowed indoors. Any activity that is illegal or prohibited by law is not allowed on the property. To ensure a pleasant experience for all kindly keep all windows and wire mesh doors shut at all times. Kindly help us keep the space tidy by collecting used utensils in the kitchen and disposing of garbage in the bins provided Please switch off lights, ACs, and geysers when leaving to avoid electricity overload. It is advisable to use a maximum of 3 ACs at a time. Daily cleaning activity will be carried between 12 PM - 2 PM. Power backup is available for essential lights & fans only. For stays longer than a week, fresh linens and towels are provided every 4th day to keep your stay comfortable. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, occasional disruptions in utilities such as electricity, water, or Wi-Fi may occur as they are provided by external service agencies beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such rare situations. In case of any emergency, such as water, fire, or other property-related issues, the host or her family members may enter the property, in guests presence or in their absence, to resolve the matter promptly for your safety and comfort. In case any electrical appliances are found running while the guests have gone out travelling/ shopping/ sightseeing etcthe host/family members may enter the premises to switch off the same.
