It is a family operated property which is situated less than 1.5 hours from Downtown Toronto and located on the banks of Balsam Lake with 200 feet of pristine water frontage with a beach area, and two boat docks. The space is a perfect vacation spot to get away. In winter we have snowshoes , and an outdoor wood burning sauna. The space Renovated waterfront cottage, that sleeps 6. The property has much to offer from the amazing views of the lake, to the grand home gardens, and other featurettes, and cottages. Walking distance to everything in town, including restaurants, LCBO and grocery store. LOTS of free parking. Cottage has it's own deck with stunning lakefront views. Balsam Lake is the highest elevation and cleanest lake in the Kawarthas. Perfect for swimming, fishing and all water sports. We have kayaks, and canoes with life jackets in assorted sizes. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and your own private bbq. Three separate bedrooms, with appointed linens and pillows. Bathroom has been fully renovated, and if needed another washroom available for guests inside the Inn, if you're worried about 6 people and only 1 washroom. Brand new kitchen, fully renovated! The property has so much to offer and as a bonus you'll have access to the Inn, where you'll find a billiards table, games room and a gorgeous wrap around screened in porch.
