Minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach and access to world-class hiking on the Damnable trails Thoughtfully decorated and fully equipped with everything you will need for a fantastic beach vacation. Bring your bikes, or paddleboards, or rent kayaks nearby, everything else including beach towels is provided. A beautiful property curated for magic memories. The space This property has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals to serve on the farmhouse table (seating 8+) overlooking the ocean. Outdoor seating, dining area and BBQ on front patio with awning for a rainy day. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including games, books, wifi and smart tv. Since the lines between work and home can be a little blurry, we have a work-from-home desk with an incredible view. Separate TV room/den off the main living area, perfect for kids or if you want to get away from the crowd. This room also has a pull-out bed and private access to the front deck with an ocean view. This house has a large deck, a covered porch, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out or come together for large family meals. Each bedroom has a double, queen bed or two single beds, thoughtfully curated with quality linens, for a perfect sleep to the sound of the ocean and birds. This house is dog friendly, unfortunately due to allergies we are not able to accommodate bookings with cats. Other things to note This property is conveniently located on the eastport peninsula. Walking distance to one of NL's few sandy beaches and a few minutes drive from another. Also within walking distance is Crooked Tree Park where you will find a fresh water pond and swimming area, park and walking trail. A short drive to Terra Nova Golf Resort, Terra Nova National Park, historic Salvage, Burnside and the ferry to St. Brendans.
