Charming apartment, light and style with garden

In a listed building, in the middle of the beautifully renovated historic center of Angermünde, within walking distance of the train station (1h to Berlin main station). All stores within walking distance. Traffic-calmed zone in front of the house and in the entire city center. Parking spaces directly in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance of the Mündesee and its beautifully designed promenade. In summer (July + August) the minimum rental period is 1 week. The space Bright and flooded with light, with beautiful original elements such as exposed beams, floorboards and double doors. Plenty of space (70m²) for the family or 1-2 couples. In addition to a spacious eat-in kitchen with dining table and chaise longue, there is a sofa, armchairs, a desk and plenty of storage space in the additional living room. One bedroom has a double bed (2 mattresses each 0.90 x 2.00 m), a French window and a large closet. The other has 2 single beds and a closet. Both bedrooms have windows and lockable doors. There is children's furniture and lots of children's games and books Guest access Our apartment has a sheltered, fenced-in garden with sun from midday. There is a table and chairs in the meadow where you can enjoy meals outside or wind down in the evening. Access from the apartment on the 1st floor is via the staircase. Bicycles can also be parked in the courtyard. The garden area is located behind the area used by other tenants in the building for bicycles and waste disposal and is visible from the apartments to the rear (including our apartment). Other things to note We have furnished the apartment with organic solid wood furniture, organic bed linen and organic towels. In consideration of allergy sufferers, we do not use fabric softener or any artificial fragrances, so we ask our guests to use the cleaning products we provide (organic detergent and organic dishwasher tabs are available in sufficient quantities).
