With its central location, it is only a 15-minute walk from the city center. The space The studio loft apartment was freshly renovated in 2023 and furnished to a high standard - with all the comforts for a pleasant time in Leipzig. High 3.60 m ceilings and large, light-flooded windows harmonize with modern furnishings in the listed, old book printing factory from 1898. The non-smoking loft is located on the 2nd floor and can be easily reached by elevator. Full-surface underfloor heating extends over a total of 42 square meters. The large box spring bed and the comfortable sofa bed are ideal for resting after a long stroll through the city. The balcony (facing east) invites you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the day and start the day perfectly or end the evening relaxing. THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: As much as we love the benefits of our loft apartment, there are two points worth mentioning: A lot of light and, above all, warmth comes in through the large, 3.60m high window front IN SUMMER. We provide a fan and an air cooler to cool you down. There are good, sound-insulating windows installed which, when closed, keep the noise outside, but when the windows are open you can hear the immediately adjacent university hospital where work is taking place. In addition, the rescue helicopter may be heard from time to time to save lives. In the house there is a free fitness studio, which can be used 24/7, as well as a fee-based launderette with washing machines/dryers and a bicycle cellar. There is a private parking space directly at the building, which can be booked with a note to us. There are also public parking spaces on the street in front of the building. There are also paid parking spaces next to the building The apartment is fully equipped and should fulfill all your wishes for your stay. Guest access You will find a bicycle cellar and a launderette on the ground floor of the house. The gym is also in the building and can be used 24/7. Other things to note Please only smoke on the balcony. As much as we love animals, for the sake of all our guests, pets are not allowed. Families and students live in the neighborhood.
