Spend wonderful moments in our family home close to the city center with swimming pool. very quiet and bright, you will be ideally placed to visit Valence on foot, shops nearby (bakery, post office, bank...) Free parking in front of the house, close to the train station and bus stop. The space The house has 4 bedrooms in total; 2 children's rooms on the ground floor with a bathroom/wc on this same floor. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom, toilet and the main room A mezzanine with a queen size bed and possibility to add a mattress to the floor. Please note that access to this mezzanine is via a steep staircase. Other things to note For a summer booking with use of the pool, some instructions may be requested to allow the water to remain clear (replenish the water level for example)
