The House in the Hamlet

The house is located in the heart of the historic center of Montecastrilli, a village immersed in a territory rich in history and traditions typical of Umbria, an ideal place to relax and spend a holiday between gastronomic, cultural and natural experiences. Located a short distance from tourist destinations such as the Marmore Waterfall, Narni, Amelia, San Gemini, Massa Martana, Todi and many other historic villages in the area. A stone's throw from the ancient Carsulae and the fossil forest of Dunarobba. The space The house is spread across the first and second floors, while on the ground floor guests can take advantage of a convenient garage to park bicycles or motorcycles. The entire building has been completely renovated recently, using quality materials such as parquet, used throughout the house, and handmade terracotta of local origin, to offer comfort and preserve the typical Umbrian style. There are two walk-in closets exclusively serving the respective rooms. Inside the property, guests can enjoy a common area with a kitchen and a living room with a TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with a sink, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, equipped to prepare and consume meals in total autonomy. Our rooms are simple and cozy and equipped with everything you may need for your stay. They are located in three mini-apartments, each independent of the other and with a lockable door. Each apartment has its own private bathroom. Two of the three apartments have a double bedroom while one, larger, has a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling, to offer maximum comfort. A set of bedding and bath linens is provided. Guest access The kitchen and living room are common areas for the guests of the house. During the winter months, it is pleasant to spend the evening hours in the warmth of the fireplace lit inside the old hearth. Other things to note Free parking in the area in front of the house.
