The space Please note we have a strict “no pet” policy and a strict "no smoking" policy. A $1000 fine will be charged for violating the no-smoking rule and a fee will be charged for violating the no-pet rule. Price shown is for 6 people in three ensuite bedrooms. Everything is on the main floor with the exception of the 3rd bedroom and connecting full bathroom. A bonus feature is a newly installed UV light water filtration system for the entire house. Safely drink the water from the faucets. No need to buy water! We have a flatscreen TV in the master bedroom and living room. Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor of the house which includes everything you need for a wonderful stay. 2,200 square feet to mingle with family/friends or go off to a quiet space to read/relax. The third bedroom is located upstairs along with the connecting full bathroom. *Note, no one else is living in the house, but the basement if off limits. No pets allowed. (A few will be charged for violating the no pet rule) No smoking allowed. ($1000 fine for violating the no smoking rule) No Parties so please don't inquire - Thank-you! Other things to note Please note that we do not allow parties or large group gatherings of any kind like birthday parties or wedding/baby showers. Please don't ask. As the purpose of the house is for quiet get-aways. Same-day bookings are not accepted, reservations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in.
