Welcome to Kugler Cottage, built in 1871, and nestled in the heart of the Oil Region National Heritage Area and the Oil City Southside Historic District—built by Casper Kugler who was an oil drilling tool inventor and manufacturer. The house features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a circa 1880 piano, a game room, and beautifully refinished original wood floors. Outside you can stroll through the gardens where you’ll find a collection of fairy doors and many species of flora and fauna. The space All five bedrooms are on the second floor. One full bathroom downstairs and one full bathroom upstairs. Game room on the ground floor. Guest access Entire property with the exception of unfinished basement Other things to note Please note that the central heating system covers the entire house, but the central air only covers the ground floor. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. The house has two exterior cameras, which record both audio and video: one on the front porch, and one at the rear of the house, facing the back door.
