As this is my primary residence, you may find personal belongings and decorations throughout the space. However, I strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all my guests. Please be aware that this is not a commercial rental, but rather an accommodation with character, designed to create a unique experience for our guests. In accordance with municipal regulations in Amsterdam, residents may rent out their primary residence for a maximum of 30 nights per year. Consequently, availability is limited, making this accommodation a rare and special find!
