This 2 Bedrooms/1 bath (shower) apartment is located within a 15 minutes walk of Town. It is part of a three family unit. There is A/C in the Bedrooms, but not in the Living/Dining area, however the apartment is generally cool. Presently there is a gas stove for cooking, a microwave and a refrigerator. It has a short, steep and narrow paved driveway which requires a 4x4 vehicle. Next to the driveway are steps for those who enjoy walking. Guest access Parking space for a vehicle. Other things to note This unit can host one person, a couple or a group 3, 4, up 5 at separate times. No double bookings; no sharing of space; one person or a couple will have one bedroom (the second bedroom will be locked); groups of 3 - 5 will have both bedrooms and the appropriate number of beds; the rest of the unit is yours to enjoy in each scenario; your booking must be done for all persons in your party. Toddlers and 2 children up to 8 years are exempted but must be noted.
