Enjoy a private terrace overlooking the ocean, two bedrooms with full bathrooms, air conditioning, Smart TV, fast WIFI, fully equipped modern kitchen. Every detail is designed for your comfort: anti-cyclonic windows and gates, premium bedding, free covered parking, private beach and bright spaces that invite you to relax. The space ACAPULCO WAS HARD HIT BY HURRICANE OTIS. THE CITY, THE LARGE BEACHFRONT HOTELS, AS WELL AS THE CONDOMINIUMS ARE STILL UNDER REPAIR. OUR CONDOMINIUM IS NO EXCEPTION, ALTHOUGH THE MAJOR REPAIRS HAVE NOW BEEN COMPLETED. FORTUNATELY, MY APARTMENT DID NOT SUFFER ANY MAJOR DAMAGE AND HAS BEEN COMPLETELY REPAIRED SINCE JANUARY 2024, INCLUDING NEW GATES AND ANTI-CYCLONIC GLASS FOR THE SAFETY OF MY GUESTS. THE CONDOMINIUM HAS A LARGE PRIVATE TERRACE WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE BAY, PERFECT FOR ENJOYING THE SUNRISE AND SUNSET AND IMMERSING YOURSELF WITH A LARGE SWIMMING POOL THAT HAS TWO AREAS, ONE SHALLOW AND THE OTHER DEEP, SURROUNDED BY LOUNGERS, PARASOLS, TABLES AND CHAIRS, WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE BEACH AND THE PALAPA BAR RESTAURANT. THE 3 LIFTS IN THE CONDOMINIUM ARE IN OPERATION. THE CONDOMINIUM HAS FREE PARKING IN ITS BASEMENT (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY), AS IT FILLS UP AT VERY BUSY TIMES. FORTUNATELY, THE SURROUNDING STREETS HAVE PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE AND ARE REASONABLY SAFE. THE BUILDING IS OCCUPIED BY CONDOMINIUM OWNERS, DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN GUESTS. THE GUESTS WE RECEIVE FROM ABROAD COME MAINLY FROM CANADA AND TO A LESSER EXTENT FROM EUROPE. I CAN AFFIRM THAT THIS IS A CONDOMINIUM TO WHICH VISITORS RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN DUE TO ITS UNIQUE LOCATION IN ONE OF THE BEST AREAS OF ACAPULCO AND WITH ONE OF THE BEST BEACHES IN THE PORT. Guest access THE CONDOMINIUM CHARGES A FEE FOR EACH GUEST WHO DOES NOT OWN. That fee is $126. MXN 50 PER PERSON PER DAY, OR MXN 460 PER PERSON PER WEEK, OR MXN 1,150 PER PERSON PER MONTH. THAT FEE MUST BE PAID WHEN REGISTERING AT THE CONDOMINIUM. PAYMENT CAN ONLY BE MADE BY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD EXCEPT AMEX. THIS FEE IS MORE THAN RECOVERED BY AVOIDING THE DAILY RENTAL OF FURNITURE ON THE BEACH, WHICH CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE. THE CONDOMINIUM HAS FREE PARKING IN ITS BASEMENT. UNFORTUNATELY, IN TIMES OF HIGH DEMAND, CAPACITY IS INSUFFICIENT. FORTUNATELY, THE SURROUNDING STREETS OFFER SUFFICIENT SPACE AND ARE REASONABLY SAFE. THE POOL IS A VERY CLEAN SPACE DIVIDED IN 2 PARTS BY A SMALL BRIDGE AND THAT IS A LOWER PART AND A DEEP PART. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT IF THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE GROUP WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SWIM TAKE EXTREME CARE WITH THEM AS THE POOL IS GOING DEEP PROGRESSIVELY AND DOES NOT HAVE A LIFE BUOY. GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO UMBRELLA AND BEDS FOR THE POOL AREA. IF YOU WISH TO STAY AT THE BEACH, THE APARTMENT HAS 4 VERY LIGHT ALUMINUM CHAIRS AND AN UMBRELLA. BATHROOMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN THAT AREA. THE BEACH IS ACCESSED DIRECTLY FROM THE POOL AND THERE IS AN EXCLUSIVE USE AREA FOR CONDOMINIUM GUESTS AND CONDOMINIUM GUESTS. AND FROM THERE THE SEASIDE IS A VERY FEW METERS (APPROXIMATELY 10 METERS). THE SEA IS VERY QUIET BUT IS MADE IN A FEW METERS DEEP. IN THE POOL AREA THERE IS A RESTAURANT - BAR TYPE PALAPA. THE CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT AND ITS STAFF MAY LIMIT THE USE OF COMMON AREAS IN THE EVENT THAT ANY GUEST OR CONDOMINIUM MEMBER FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE ESTABLISHED SAFETY RULES. Other things to note IT HAS A RELATIVELY LARGE AND PLEASANT TERRACE TO ENJOY DURING THE MORNING AND EVENING BECAUSE IN THE AFTERNOON THE SUN HITS IT DIRECTLY. TO KEEP IT COOL, IT HAS 2 AIR CONDITIONERS OR MINISPLITS THAT CAN BE TURNED ON AS LONG AS THE WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE CLOSED. IT HAS 2 SCREENS WITH CABLE SIGNAL AND THE WIFI SIGNAL RUNS AT 50 MEGABYTES. IT IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO WORK OR STUDY REMOTELY; THE LOBBY AND MEZZANINE HAVE A WIFI SIGNAL THAT RUNS AT 250 MEGABYTES; IN THE POOL AREA THERE IS ANOTHER WIFI THAT RUNS AT THE SAME SPEED. IN THE MEZZANINE THERE ARE TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR WORKING AND STUDYING. THE SHOWERS HAVE A DISPENSER WITH SOAP, CONDITIONER AND SHAMPOO; THE SINKS HAVE ANOTHER WITH SOAP AND BODY CREAM. THE KITCHEN HAS A MICROWAVE OVEN AND ANOTHER ELECTRIC RESISTANCE OVEN TO HEAT BREAD, FOR EXAMPLE, AS WELL AS AN ELECTRIC COFFEE MAKER WITH FILTER. TO PROPERLY USE THE INDUCTION STOVE, IT HAS THE CORRESPONDING PANS AND POTS. THE BEDDING IS 100% TOP QUALITY COTTON AND IS FROM THE DUVET SYSTEM, THAT IS, A COMFORTER WITH A REMOVABLE AND WASHABLE COVER. IT HAS TWO CLOSETS. DAILY CLEANING HAS ALWAYS BEEN A MUST IN THE APARTMENT. THEREFORE, IN THESE TIMES OF COVID-19, WE ARE PAYING GREATER ATTENTION TO THE ISSUE. MRS. BETY SUPPORTS ME TO ENSURE THE APARTMENT IS PROPERLY CLEANED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AIRBNB CERTIFICATION STANDARDS. BETY ALWAYS WEARS A MASK AND GLOVES. THE CLEANING PROTOCOL WE USE IS AS FOLLOWS: FIRST, THE TERRACE DOORS ARE OPENED TO AIR THE APARTMENT. THE FLOOR OF THE ENTIRE APARTMENT IS SWEEPT AND EVERYTHING IS MOPPED WITH WATER AND DETERGENT. THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN ARE CLEANED WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE CLOTHS DAMPENED WITH SOAPY WATER AND BLEACH, AND THEN SANITIZED WITH A SPRAYER WITH A PRODUCT CERTIFIED BY COFEPRIS AND THE FDA; IN THE BATHROOM, THE TOILET, SINK, AND DOOR HANDLE ARE SANITIZED; IN THE KITCHEN, THE COUNTER TOP AND REFRIGERATOR DOOR ARE SANITIZED. IN THE BEDROOMS, THE FURNITURE AND CURTAINS ARE CLEANED WITH A DAMP CLOTH WITH SOAPY WATER AND THE HANDLES AND AIR CONDITIONING CONTROLS ARE SANITIZED. IN THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND TERRACE, ALL FURNITURE AND CURTAINS ARE CLEANED WITH A DAMP CLOTH WITH SOAPY WATER. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE DOOR HANDLES, THE REMOTE CONTROLS OF THE SCREENS AND THE CEILING FAN OF THE TERRACE ARE SANITIZED. TO ACHIEVE THIS, BETY HAS A SERIES OF TOP QUALITY CLEANING PRODUCTS. ALL TRASH CANS HAVE A PLASTIC BAG THAT IS CHANGED DAILY. THERE IS A ROLL OF KITCHEN PAPER. WHEN A GUEST FINISHES THEIR STAY, ALL TOWELS AND BEDDING ARE WASHED AND DRIED WITH HOT AIR FOR BEST SANITIZATION. AS THE CONDOMINIUM DOES NOT HAVE FURNITURE FOR THE BEACH, THE APARTMENT HAS 2 VERY LIGHT AND VERY COMFORTABLE ALUMINUM CHAIRS. IT ALSO HAS AN UMBRELLA. THE CONDOMINIUM HAS EXCLUSIVE USE OF A STRIP OF THE BEACH. YOU CAN STAY THERE VERY COMFORTABLY SINCE IT IS GENERALLY EMPTY.
