This newly built architect-designed house is centrally located on southern Ingmarsö, 2 minutes' walk from the steamboat dock and marina. The house is an extraordinary accommodation with large, beautiful rooms and high ceilings, with fantastic views of the harbor to the south and the beautiful property with open meadowland to the northwest. On the plot there are swings and trampoline for the children. And at the nearby school, a small playground. The space The house, built in 2019, has two floors with a total of 190 sqm. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a dining area for 8-10 people, a living room with a fireplace and a craft corner for the children and a playroom/bedroom directly adjacent to a toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine and bathtub. There is also an additional large living room with fireplace and workplace. Other things to note Please note that your own sheets and towels are not included and that cleaning is carried out by the guest unless otherwise agreed. We have water from our own well that is fully drinkable. However, the water has a discoloration and an aftertaste that disappears a while after the water has been drained. There is bottled water to buy at Coop if you prefer to drink it.
