This newly built architect-designed house is centrally located on southern Ingmarsö, 2 minutes walk from steamboat jetty and guest harbor. The house is a home out of the ordinary with large beautiful rooms and high ceilings with stunning views of the harbor to the south and the beautiful plot and open meadow land to the northwest. On the plot there are swings and trampoline for the children. And at the nearby school a small playground. The space The house, built in 2019, has two floors for a total of 190 sqm. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a dining area for 8-10 people, a living room with fireplace and crafts corner for the children and a playroom/bedroom directly adjacent to a toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine and a bathtub. There is also an additional large living room with a fireplace and workspace. Other things to note Please note that own sheets and towels are not included and that cleaning is done by the guest unless otherwise agreed. We have water from our own well which is fully drinkable. However, the water has a discoloration and a bite that goes away for a while after the water is drained. There is still water to buy at Coop if you prefer to drink it.
