Quiet country living off the main road in the farming country west of Olathe, CO. This fully furnished, fully stocked guest apartment has everything you’ll need for your vacation! Enjoy everything the West Slope of CO has to offer. Only an hour from beautiful Ouray, 45 minutes from Black Canyon NP, and an hour drive to the Grand Mesa. Montrose is 20 minutes away for all your eating and shopping needs. The space From the time you arrive we strive to create a relaxing home away from home for you. As you arrive you will see the wood deck with outdoor seating and grill for a taste of outdoor living. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, coffee maker, fresh roasted coffee, hot tea, and more. If you wish to check on kitchen amenities please reach out and we’ll be more than happy to assist! There is no TV in the guesthouse, however we do have wifi available for you. The washer and dryer is located through the door on the far left. Laundry soap is provided. You will find and iron and ironing board in the bedroom closet. Guest access The entire guesthouse including the concrete porch and wood deck is yours to use and call home during your stay. The laundry room is shared with the hosts. We do ask that you notify us before doing laundry to ensure that you have the space to yourself. Other things to note Please don’t let the chickens and cats in! They will come inside if the door is left open!
