The apartment is divided into two levels, lower area with kitchen and open space living room, large closet and bathroom; the upper area includes the two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Parking for up to 2 cars. Other things to note From May 28, 2024, the municipality of Pescia has announced the payment of the municipal tourist tax, exempt from the payment of the tourist tax children up to and including the age of 12.
