Historic Downtown and Beach Getaway

Historic home located in downtown Brunswick with majestic 300-year-old Spanish moss covered oaks trees. Come relax in front of a welcoming fireplace. Very quiet neighborhood with a park Located within 5 miles of St Simons Island and Jekyll Island. Walking/ bike riding distance of the historic downtown waterfront area. One block from historic cemetery Centrally located near areas that boast kayaking. Comfortable, but not fancy home that is great for the casual traveler exploring South Georgia. The space This is a historic 100 year old home. The guest bedroom is located upstairs. My daughter and I have owned the property for one year. We are a relaxed and comfortable property. However, I am still in the process of painting and completing small renovations. so you may see me with a paint brush in my hand. Guest access A guest can access the front living roo with a fireplace, the back deck, and the pool area. There is a Keurig coffee maker available for guest to use and a small refrigerator for drinks. During your stay Guest will be able to text me at any time. I do work from 7:00 to 4:00. Guest we'll have a code to the door and will be free to come and go as they wish. However guests need to be home by 11:00 p.m. unless otherwise discussed. Other things to note We are a small family of two and are excited to invite guests into our home at an affordable price as they explore the historical coastal areas of Georgia. Brunswick is located approximately 1 hour from Savannah, Fernandina Beach, and Jacksonville, Florida
