Unique contemporary home situated on secluded Billings Pond, in NH Lake Sunapee Region. This light-filled family home features a dining room with a cathedral ceiling, open floor plan and stunning views of the pond from every room. The space Private home with open floor plan throughout the first-floor kitchen, dining room and living room. Two private bedrooms upstairs. A screen porch gazebo with a hammock is perfect for mid-day naps. Canoe with life vests, swim floats and other outdoor gear is available to use. Wood is provided for the waterfront firepit and wood stove in the wintertime. The newest addition to the house is a sweet DIY hot tub in a clawfoot cast iron bathtub along the water's edge. Guest access Guests will have full access of main living areas. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: This is my family home, filled with my personal belongings, and I am only interested in renting to individuals who will respect the space. When you request a booking, please tell me a bit about yourself and the guests in your party so that I can have some sense of how you will be using the home and that you will respect the space.
