This large house for 6 or 8 people is located in a quiet area, very close to Rocade, convenient access to the accommodation. Ideally located between the city of Bordeaux, the Médoc vineyards and the Atlantic Ocean. For a minimum of 2 nights, we will prepare the bed linen for you. Bathroom linens are not provided. The space Our main house of 140 m2 consists of: - Living room dining room with cathedral ceiling - Fully equipped open kitchen - Master suite with dressing room and shower room (new bedding in 160 cm) - 2 children's bedrooms: one 90 cm bed and one 120 cm bed. - A mezzanine with a 160 cm bed and desk - Terrace with plancha corner - Fenced garden with hut and trampoline for children, small swimming pool and petanque court for adults Other things to note Distance from tourist attractions: - Historic center of Bordeaux (tram access): 10 km - Arcachon Bay: 45 min - Atlantic Ocean beaches (Lacanau, Cap Ferret, etc.): 45 min - Médoc vineyards: 30 min - Matmut Atlantique Stadium (concert, football, rugby): 15 min - Airport: 10 min by car
