My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), large groups, and pets (in the courtyard). Other things to note For your peace of mind and everyone's, I will now share the rules of the place: I COPIED AND PASTED THE BUNGALOW RULES BELOW AS SPECIFIED IN THE LISTING YOU ARE INQUIRING ABOUT: What you should know House Rules Check-in: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Check-out: 12:00 **The terrace is spacious and very well equipped (Sound bar, 75-inch SmartTv Screen, Fridge Bar, Grills and more amenities. However, music in the common areas must BE AT A PRUDENT VOLUME AT ALL TIMES and is prohibited after 9:45pm. Out of respect for the other guests and/or neighbors. (You can continue in the pool and jacuzzi, but PLEASE, BE MODERATE WITH THE NOISE) At 10:30 pm the pool and jacuzzi are treated with daily maintenance chemicals, and they are covered so that they keep their TEMPERATURE OPTIMALLY so at this time we ask you to be out of both. **The COMMON AREAS are EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE GUESTS OF BUNGALOW 1 AND BUNGALOW 2, so it is forbidden to invite people IN ADDITION to those who are STAYING. **We accept pets as long as they rent both bungalows and they stay in the patio or garden and ++***NOT***++ inside the Bungalows. We prohibit our own pets from entering the Bungalows. NOTE: We have 2 dogs that are somewhat "Large" (A male Alaska Malamute *Choby* and a female dog who is a mix of a Husky and a Belgian Shepherd *Lucy*). They are very friendly and playful with people and even with other dogs. We just CLARIFY this so that you are aware. Also, if you consider it necessary, we can keep our pets in another section of the property. WHICH IS GENERALLY THE CASE (WE KEEP OUR PETS IN ANOTHER SECTION OF THE PROPERTY WHEN THERE ARE GUESTS, UNLESS THE GUESTS THEMSELVES TELL US OTHERWISE) **Children under the age of 2 and/or who cannot swim MUST be in the courtyard and common areas AT ALL TIMES under the supervision of an ADULT.
