New: also a co-working space if needed The space In our detached house you have your own apartment on the upper floor. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge and refrigerator as well as a beautiful sitting area, a light-flooded bathroom with bath and two windows as well as 2 rooms with cozy box spring beds (king size double beds) for a deep sleep, a desk, ample storage space for your clothes, a practical suitcase rack as well as a floor-to-ceiling window with access to the balcony in both rooms. This is where the morning sun wakes you up if you wish. New! There is a cool lounge chair that can also be converted into a sleeping place. Thus, up to 5 people can stay there. The hallway can accommodate your jacket and shoes. In front of the house you can park freely. You can access your key via a key safe. Guest access The upper apartment is accessible via a shared staircase. You have your own lockable front door. Other things to note Important note: the city council of Hanover has unfortunately decided to introduce an overnight tax as of 01/01/2024. Unfortunately, we are also affected by this. 1. We must record the names, addresses, dates of birth, date of arrival and departure, the duration of the accommodation and the respective accommodation fees of all accommodation guests 2. The amount of the tax depends on the cost per guest and night… at 50-100 (e.g. €120 incl. cleaning/ 2 guests = €60 per guest) —> 4 euros per night per guest). This means that the value cannot currently be deposited additionally. I've applied for this. Until then, we have to claim the individual amount retrospectively. Minors are free of charge.
