Private room in a gorgeous Fendalton Villa

** Talk to us about trips to Mt. Hutt during the ski season! Enjoy the elegance of this beautifully restored villa, located near the city centre and close to Hagley and our many small local parks. We are Portia, Hau and our pampered gentle Blue Collie Skye. We have moved to Christchurch from Auckland and thoroughly enjoying all that Christchurch offers, which we would love to share with you. The space Our home is a bright and beautifully renovated villa circa 1920’s. We have a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of fresh spinach available from the garden, a Weber bbq on the patio out front which gets great morning sun in winter and provides a nice shaded spot to relax in the long summer evenings. We have a large collection of books with some boardgames. The spacious bedroom comes with a king size bed and desk to set up a laptop if you need to work. It has its own en-suite bathroom and large wardrobe space. Additionally there is a TV with Netflix and a very retro PS2 with games for your entertainment. Our guests also have the use the additional living space at the back of the house. As we live upstairs you will find the bedroom private and quiet. Other things to note We do have a dog, so we cannot accommodate those with allergies as she is very much an inside dog. She is friendly and very well trained.
