Enjoy a comfortable modern villa (2-room apartment), private parking. Large shower, sofa bed, dressing room, equipped kitchen, TV with Chromecast, water tank (= no cut-off), private terrace overlooking the garden. 10 min from the Colin activity area (supermarkets, bakeries, medical offices) and the ring road. 5 minutes from many hikes and close to the crayfish waterfall. No pets, smoking only on the terrace. I can lend you a barbecue anytime! The space The accommodation consists of a bedroom with 2 dressing rooms, a living room with sofa bed and TV with Netflix, a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Guest access The garden is a shared space. Check-in is autonomous. Information about access to the accommodation will be sent to you 48 hours before your arrival. Other things to note We are on a very busy street but the accommodation is well soundproofed. Being on the terrace, you won't be disturbed by the noise.
