Welcome to my beautiful house in a secure gated community! This spacious and modern home offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. NOTE: This is a shared space, which means I also lives on site. Listing is for 2 bedrooms in a 4 bedroom house. Key Features: Entrainment: TV includes Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+. Convenient location: Close to shopping, dining, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Smart Home: Experience an Alexa connected home. The space This is a 2 story home in a gated community. Your room will be on the 2nd floor with a private bathroom. The second room is not connected to the bathroom but will only be shared by your group. You will have access to the living room, family room, kitchen and best of all the pool with an outdoor sofa. I am an engineer so expect some technology and automation (Alexa). Guest access Guess are welcome to use the pool, kitchen, half bathroom downstairs, and laundry room. During your stay I do also travel a lot and like to interact with people so you're welcome to ask me anything. If I'm in Orlando I don't mind giving recommendations for places to visit. Other things to note Sometimes I will be traveling so there will be no one here, but I'll still Airbnb. Note: pool is not heated. Large trash cans are located in the garage. Blue for recycling.
