This well loved family home is located directly across the way from the most beautiful sandy beach in the area. Tourists flock to the area to swim in the crystalline blue waters of the bay of Paraggi. It is an experience you will never forget. This family home is cozy and welcoming and with all the comforts of home. Drive into your own private garage which is practically unheard of in Paraggi, and which has an electric charger and laundry area. There are 2 fabulous outdoor terraces to enjoy. The space You enter the house from a private entrance, or by the private garage, across from the Paraggi beach. The Master Bedroom and second bedroom are on the main floor, as well as 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. On the Upper Level, you have an open concept living/dining space, with 2 terraces, and a third bathroom. There is also a loft space with a study area. In the living room, you have a single pull out couch and there is extra space to enjoy in the loft. There is a little tower in the villa which lights up at night. Two charming terraces complete the picture for outdoor dining with sea view on one side of the villa, and a second one which has a retractable awning for relaxing in the shade. Guests enjoy being able to walk across the way to reach the sea, and to dine either on the terrace, or at one of the special restaurants on the beach. We can arrange for food deliveries, fridge fills, massage therapists, private chef or any other concierge requests you may have. Guest access The house is for your own private and exclusive use. Other things to note The beach across from the house is home to the Dior Bagni Fiore, and the fabulous Langosteria restaurant as well as Bagni Bossetti, and Le Carillon beach clubs. Paraggi beach is the most famous sandy beach in the Portofino area. Just around the bay you will also find the gorgeous bay of Niasca where you can also rent kayaks, and paddle boards, etc. There will be some paperwork to review and sign upon arrival. We will need to register all guests according to Italian law so will require ID for all guests staying at the property.
