An atmospheric two-room apartment with a power base next to the city center. Quiet but central location, a kilometer walk to the shops and restaurants in the city center. JAMK on the adjacent plot. Great rally accommodation, EK Harju 700 meters' walk away. The apartment has its own parking space with a heating pole in the yard. Tuomiojärvi beach and hiking trails are just a stone's throw away. You can also enjoy the outdoors on your own covered terrace. The more nights you book, the cheaper the price! The space The apartment has a bedroom with a sliding door and a double bed. On the living room side, there is a single bed, as well as a sofa bed that sleeps one adult or two children. In addition, the living room has a bed chair that can be opened into a single bed. See the bed sizes and more details in the captions. Please let us know when you book if you want certain/separate beds for your guests. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests. A bicycle or pram can be stored in the housing association's common lockable storage. Other things to note The size of the parking space belonging to the apartment is from the 80s, so it is not huge. Please note this if you have a larger than normal car. There is also a guest space with a parking disc restriction available in the yard. More parking space is available in the public parking area behind the house (disc restriction 4 hours from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm.) You can also inquire about earlier/later check-in and check-out times. Will be arranged if possible. The bathroom in the apartment is older, and the tiling and furniture have a patina brought on by age. The bathroom will be completely renovated in connection with the housing company's pipe renovation in the summer of 2026. The travel cot is not standard in the apartment, but it is used in several of our apartments. If it is necessary, please inquire about availability before booking the apartment.
