Located on a small-holding within 8 acres of open countryside one mile from the beach. Golfing, Cycling & Fishing also available in & around Church Bay/ Llanrhyddlad. Sleeps 6 in King or Single beds. The space This is a brand new barn conversion of the highest spec, all the rooms are on the ground floor and are spacious. The property has a kitchen living room with two large bi fold doors which lead out to a gravel patio and newly turfed garden. The views are of open country side and sea/ocean view. Each bedroom can be laid out as you request with a king or single beds, the bedding in each of the bedrooms is luxurious. This property is in a farm setting. Sheep graze in our fields and the property has uninterrupted views of the sea. The beach is one mile from the house and is quiet and secluded. The area is quiet and a peaceful retreat. The area is surrounded with beautiful coastal paths and open countryside. Guest access The entire house its garden and parking space Other things to note This property suits couples and families alike and is accessible for elderly people and people with disabilities. The property is a no smoking property and pet free zone. The surrounding area is farmland and walking through the fields is not permitted at this time. There are no BBQ facilities on the premises and because of insurances these are not allowed. The beach however is one mile away and what better place to have a BBQ. The accommodation sleeps only 6 guests, there is also another barn next door which sleeps 6. Additional unregistered guests or visitors to this property is not permitted.
