Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place Other things to note - There is no longer a barbecue on the terrace (photo not contractual). However, a small plancha is available. ▪️CHECK IN We welcome all guests on site to the apartment in person. Reception is usually from 4 p.m. but if the apartment is available and ready we can welcome you before! No check-in after 8:00 p.m. unless requested and for an additional fee. Exceptions for conventions: MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival, and Lions. Guests are welcomed from 9:00 a.m. until late at night. ▪️LINENS We provide white bed linen, towels, bath mat and towel ▪️STAY LONGER THAN 15 DAYS For rentals of more than 15 days, we systematically request a deposit of €250, which will be used only if the end-of-stay cleaning requires more time than a “standard” short-term rental cleaning. ▪️ADDITIONAL POINTS - Reduce noise on the terrace in the evening so as not to bother neighbors - Parties are forbidden in this apartment. - There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has not been respected (ex: smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of €300 minimum.
