Rental unit in Torrevieja

Our beautiful apartment is located directly on Los Locos beach and offers you a breathtaking view of the sea. It has two spacious bedrooms, both with sea views, one with a comfortable double bed and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms with a shower. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi. The elevator will take you to your apartment. Other things to note We ask our guests for Alicante airport transfer for €50 per trip. For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered Tourist housing - Tourism contract. For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, having to sign a seasonal rental agreement.
